Hear the Difference Using a Riff

Before we get started with the actual amps, I'll show you a simple riff that we can use to try out the different amps. Part of the pursuit of cool guitar tone is accepting how the gear affects how you play. For the sake of learning today, we'll play the same thing through each of the amps so that you can clearly hear the difference.

I'll be using my Strat to demo the amps, because it has a very basic and generic sound. If you used a quirky "unique" guitar, you'd get distracted by that and forget about the amp.
