Description
First let's check out the classic effect called chorus, which creates the illusion of more guitars playing at the same time. The two most important controls on most modulation effects are "rate", which controls how fast the cycles happen, and "depth" which controls how deep the cycles go (effectively how pronounced or drastic they are). The sound of the "cycle" is what varies between the different modulation effects, and in this tutorial you'll get a chance to explore this concept.
