Tone for Bends
For these examples I'm going to be using my Stratocaster, and I'll be running it through a modeled version of a Marshall Plexi amp with a little bit of reverb added. In front of that I've added an overdrive pedal similar to a Tube Screamer, which will give me a nice and bluesy lead sound.
You'll notice that I'll be switching between the fat and warm sounding neck pickup and the "nasaly" and more aggressive sounding bridge pickup. But as always you have to remember that you can play the examples on any guitar and through any amp.
