The first interval we're going to explore today is technically speaking not really an interval. It's called a "unison" and it refers to two identical notes.

Even though this may sounds strange, it's actually an extremely useful concept for guitar solos, because we have the ability to play the same note in multiple places and get a slightly different sound out of them.
