Major Pentatonic

In this channel episode Anders will show you how to use the pentatonic major scale.

The tip of the week is to borrow from the song's melody. If you playing a solo, the best place to look for notes to play is the main melody of the song. Use the exact melody of the singer. Or just use the rhythm or phrasing of one of the lines. Or just use the notes as a way to start the solo or end it! It will make the solo sound more integrated with the rest of the song.
