it's not a characteristic christians choose to acknowledge, but some more then others, most subconsciously think that.. there are the few who actually can be tolerant of other's views.

6, I have not been in here for a while (that's a story for another time) but I am really disturbed and saddened by your comments. You know, it wasn't that long ago that I posted something similar and you ALL came to my rescue by reminding me of a lot of things that the fog of depression had hid from me. Yeah man, I can relate to a lot of what you said and I have been the very edge on more than one occasion, but there is a rather pervasive thought that pulls me through; suicide is cowardice. Plain and simple. I don't mean that to sound as harsh as it does but you HAVE to summon the guts and fortitude to see life through-there are no promises that you're life will get easier or better for that matter. The only promise is that you know it won't without the effort.
From what I'm reading, you're a young man. Right? College aged? Dude, you can't contemplate ending something you really haven't started yet. (i.e. your life) You have no idea how many wonderful things (and yes, a few lousy things) wait for you out there and if you decided to jump ship now, you will NEVER know.
Cut yourself some slack, look further ahead in your life than the next week, month or even year and trust that you're here for a reason. To cut the trip short is irresponsible and hurtful to everyone who knows and cares about you.
Now, go pick up that axe and play! There is no better salve for a wounded heart than to tap into the great flow of creative juices that is cruising around the universe. And don't let any of the Great Blues Masters hear you say that pain, sadness and depression does not make for some killer music!!!!

Dude, you need to learn to take a freekin joke. I said that about Lamb of God cuz I dont like anyone who takes music as serious as they do and is so pissy in their lyrics. Black metal, death metal, whatever it may be, I dont like how angry the music is. I didnt even read into the lyrics to tell you the truth. I know everyone hates Bush and the Iraq war and thats your opinion and Ive got no problem with you stating that. I just dont like the music, plain and simple.
Maybe you should quit analyzying what you hate about everybody, myself and other Christians in particular, and worry about yourself who always seems to be on the brink of suicide. Think you got your own problems to take care of before you need to start worrying about everyone else.
