Description
The rhythm guitar actually gets to throw a little lead lick into the mix here and it's a really nice pick-up lick. You can get a lot of mileage out of licks like this if you get really good at the bend-and-pull-off move.
It's a really versatile lick that's fairly easy to get going, but it sounds difficult when you initially hear it. You can also find a nice bit of dissonance depending on how you handle the bend from C to D. It's quite nice to let the dissonance really come out in between the two notes as you're bending - just be sure to get the note resolved at the end of the lick.
