Description
What's up everyone, today I'm going to teach you "Candy Man", by Roy Orbison. This is a very raw Chicago-style blues song that has a lot of odd/additional bars due to the loose nature of the tune and the band following the vocals. Although this is a basic I-IV-V blues, this sometimes leads to confusion around when the chords change, so you'll need to listen closely.
We'll be looking at the blues rhythm playing and a ton of leads, licks, and soloing. This song is in the key of G, in 4/4 at a tempo of 158 bpm.
