You're allowed to respond to others' comments. You're just expected to do so in a mature and professional manner. It's not so much the swearing that gets the mods riled up, more so the context it's used in. It's just a common sense and self restraint thing.

The UN are a bunch of morons as far as i'm concerned. They had the same reaction to the GENOCIDE in RWANDA in 1994. 800,000 murdered in 100 days. A good number of us get a slap on the hand from the mods for misbehaving. It happens. It's no reason to get riled up. They're not our enemies, they're just keeping us in check. And from my experiences here the mods don't just ban people left and right on a whim's notice. The worst thing that you'd most likely have coming is an email.
