Description
The solo journeys through a few key changes which make it and interesting and essential part of the song rather than just a guy playing scales over the main riff. Guitar 2 enters at bar 9 of the solo and provides support.
Guitar 4, handled by Brad Gillis, successfully blends whammy bar trickery, artificial harmonics, tapping, double stops, and shreddy lines performed with a melodic touch and sensitivity. Notice the final note of the solo overlaps into the first bar of Chorus #3.
