Description
A second guitar layer appears in the second verse, playing ensemble with the bass. The approach in the second verse is as a response to the vocal, as the riff only comes in every 2 bars, then lays out for the next 2 bars of singing. Use palm muting here to create some drama and tension, while adding to the arrangement.
Once the figure appears in the 3rd verse, it plays steadily throughout. Watch how the part changes to adapt to the occasional change in the bass line!
