Description
The chorus features a different chord progression played with that swing! Start out alternating between the D7 and A chords, then there's a nice move to the B7 and E7, with some great ensemble rhythms taking us back to D7. The chorus ends off with a progression almost exactly same as the intro turnaround, but with a D7 chord instead of a D. The dynamic of the section is higher, so put a little more juice into your strums to match the intensity of the band.
Look out for the extension of the final chorus with the F9 and E9 chords, adding in an F# with the A chord and a very specific ensemble rhythm. The band breaks for the final F9, and there's a great arpeggiation of the E9 chord before the band launches back into the final turnaround that ends off the tune.
