Description
There are two lead guitar melodies played throughout our song that are equally melodic as they are menacing. First we are going to look at how to play the one employing a melody on our B string. Here are some key points to help you through it:
1. The melody is played on the B string accompanied with some sliding.
2. Each note is a different chord tone of each chord be played. How those notes apply to our three chords are as follows:
B minor - A (7th)
D - E (9th), D (Root)
A - C# (3rd)
3. This lick is played twice during the 2nd and 3rd A Sections, the second B section, and three times during the outro.
4. At the end of the song the melody will end on the A and open E string and fade out.
