In this example we palm mute everything and play twice on each chord. Start on E5, go up to G5 and go down chromatically to F#5 and F5 before repeating the riff. Chromaticism, playing chromatically, simply put means playing every fret, and is very common in metal riffs and chord progressions in order to get a darker sound.

If you find it difficult to play all the strings at once, start with just the root note (the note on the bottom in the tab) and add the rest later.
