Description
On the original recording by Jimmy Reed, you can hear two guitars playing the swinging shuffle rhythm. The second guitar part is playing the barre chord on all six strings, and raising the third to the fourth, then alternating with the D chord. This will continue throughout the 12 bar blues progression. You can switch back and forth between these two guitar parts as you play the song.
You an also combine the two parts by using the hybrid or finger picking technique.
