Now we're moving into the chorus for the song.
The first guitar is playing some moving dominant 7th chords. You're essentially doubling the keyboard part. Remember to keep that right hand strumming in the air between the chords.
The second guitar is adding some tasty, simplistic blues licks... just as fills. Take it easy with these and don't play too much. A lot of what makes a song funky is what you don't play.
