Well, if you read my original post I said
online IQ tests, not actual psychometrist administered tests. I was trying to refute the relevance of online IQ tests to actual intelligence. Online IQ tests are a means of marketing (esp. free ones); they make you feel smart, and then you want to join whatever club/organization/etc. that offers the test.
Obviously, average IQ tests will be around 100 - that's the very definition of the score 100; that the average person has an IQ of 100, and all other IQ scores are relative to that.
... and that's all I have to say about that.
