Thanks so much Tonja! Hmmm, I'll see if I can think up a way to outsmart the robots that eat up GT Server time... Perhaps Jolly can devise a song..?

Hey guys mouse over your green dots!

The spread it around rule has been relaxed from 20 different members( ) to 5.

Cool, thanks for lowering the reps to give out before you rep again.

Ahh yes!!! I also found out the secret nehind the gray dots. Apparently a member must have 10 rep points or have made 50 posts before their rep counts.

Edit>>Hey three dots!

I don't mean to be picky, so please don't take this the wrong way. There is a new rep point label that kinda bothers me when I read it. It's the one that says "Insert User Name here is making a reputation for themselves". Shouldn't it be "Insert User Name here is making a reputation for themself"? After all not all of the members have multiple personalities :p

Dunno, it just reads funny to me as it is.

Noted.

Maybe theirself is better? da_aardvark is making a name for theirself.

Ideally it would be nice if the program could differetiate gender and make it his/her self but that isn't possible.

no silly, da_aardvark eventually gets it mostly right!

Is the coorect grammar theirself? themselves sounds more natural.

Well I assume that the statement was intentionally made gender neutral.

So If the user is a male I think it should be himself, female herself, neutral themself. Either way like I said it's prolly just me :D

I disagree with your little point system. I really don't see my self getting involved in this forum thing. But after some of the answers I had seen I thought I could be of help to some of the beginners. I was wrong. I just couldn't' understand some of the answers that were given ,they seemed to be making fun of a reasonable question, from an obvious beginner that needed some help.
To the satisfaction of some I'm leaving GT to study advanced chord or rhythm playing. I'm even going over some old stuff. By the way the first time I saw Guitar tabs was in a Led Zeppelin song book. It was called "the Best of L.Z." a white book with a picture of a Zeppelin on it. At that time I was able to learn more from working with other Musicians, and buy ear. See you when I see you RTO. :) Please let it be known that, Im not really nice.

I'm confused. I don't recall anyone making fun of any question. Heck, I'm a beginner and I get quite a bit of help from these folks.

Ha! To bad...if he lives up to his promise...that he'll never see that.

Thanks for making it easier to rep too...it's really nice.

No problem and I honestly don't know what rightturnonly is talking about. We mods work hard to make sure things like that don't happen.

I hear Ghandi can really rip.

BTW- an advanced chord is one out of the range of humanly audible frequencies.
At roughly 35,000hz, the K#5add9sus4/Z chord inversion comes to mind.
