hmm in that case its good for the kids...but still im sure ur entitled to seeing them still...perhaps the best way to go abt this is to leave it to the kids to decide..if they wanna see you she shudn just restrict them...

I've gone through it - still haven't quite finished getting through it yet.. But pretty much done...
Hang in there and don't be afraid to fight for more time with your kids... I offered my ex joint custody, but he wouldn't take it.
Hopefully once a little time passes, you will both be able to sit down and look at the big picture and realize that its in everyone's interest for you to be able to get through this rationally.

Sorry to hear that dude. Went through a divorce myself (no kids involved though so I can't imagine what that must be like). I am sure that there are legal channels you can pursue to get access to your kids. That stinks though that you have to fight to get to see them.
I remember when my best friend went through his divorce and he had two small children involved. We sat down and talked and it was decided that some times the hardest thing is the best thing to do. It's hell leaving but staying in a bad, hurtful relationship is far, far worse.
Hang in there. You'll come out the other side a much happier and healthy person.

I was with my 'wife' for 10 years, but never married. No kids so am lucky there (from a break up perspect anyway), and my sincere wishes for a happy outcome for you there.
My issues are financial - there seems to be little I can do about being taken to the cleaners. She paid nothing over the time, I supported her nice easy lifestyle sat at home relaxing. My thanks for this? a letter from her solicitor demanding around £100,000..... nice. If we were married, a framework would exist to sort this.... ho hum
I guess I have it easy compared to you Damaged... are you taking legal advice?
