I've gone through it - still haven't quite finished getting through it yet.. But pretty much done...
Hang in there and don't be afraid to fight for more time with your kids... I offered my ex joint custody, but he wouldn't take it.
Hopefully once a little time passes, you will both be able to sit down and look at the big picture and realize that its in everyone's interest for you to be able to get through this rationally.
