Description
In this lesson we’ll look at one of the most powerful melodic notes you can add to your pentatonic scale pattern. This note is known as the “9” and it’s one of the notes we’ve removed from the full minor scale in order to make it pentatonic. Adding this note back in will give us a ton of great tension and melodic material that we’ll explore within the context of a lick.
