Description

The third section changes keys, from minor to it's relative major, E minor to G major. This is also common in classical pieces. It provides variety by means of a change of key which has a brightening effect. Instead of the sad or somber minor key, the major key introduces a happy, bright sound as a contrast the to first and second sections.

Also, it changes rhythmic pace at first by relaxing the constant 16th note pattern to an 8th note pattern, before then settling into a 16th note pattern for the rest of the phrase.
