Description
In this tutorial I will show you a few of my favorite warm-up exercises, played with strict alternate picking - down, up, down, up - all throughout the exercises.
These exercises consist of symmetrical patterns so that you don't have to worry about any scale patterns.
Warming up before you start a gig, jam session or practice routine really helps your playing. Having warm hands and doing a bit of gentle finger stretching even before you start with these exercises helps even more.
