Description

In this lesson we move the pattern of our minor 7th bass line to the IV (four) & V (five) chords. In E major that's an A chord and B chord. Instead of moving over to the next set of strings like we did in previous blues orchestration tutorials, this time we are going to stay on the same strings with the same pattern. But we accomplish this by moving up to higher positions.

Again, get used to the bass line, then add in the upper chord tones on the open E & B strings.
