Before getting into our outro which fades out the song, we have a fourth A section with an extended ending. This creates a nice segue way into the end of this beautiful song.

Our fourth A section is the same chord progression as our previous three in what we play for the first six bars.

We have an additional two bars, with the first of the last four bars going from E augmented to A7. Make sure to play the E augmented as quarter notes. We when play our last two bars, which is Dmi7 played as an arpeggio followed by a hold G, taking us into the ending section.
