need help with yngwi fingering

I need help with this little piece by yngwi malmsteen

How would i place my fingers to play the sweep picking part ? I think i should use my pinky and ring finger on the g and d strings and then play the sweep. Some peope i talekd to told me not to.

I'd see how I'd pull that except my guitars way over in the corner and ****ed if I can move right now.

My God! Someone stoned round here?
Can't help with the fingering cause my guitar's elsewhere. Sorry mate, hope you get some less useless replies. Maybe I'll print the tab and try it later.

i've been looking every where 4 yngwie malsteen tabs, however i can't find the tab for vengence!

any links or tabletures of this particular song would help loads :)

I would play 12 with index, 14 with ring, 15 with pinky, roll across the D and G with my ring to catch those two 14s, 13 with the middle, 12 with index, hammer onto 17 with pinky, and play the same sequence backwards.

***I would NOT play the 10th fret on the D string near the end, but rather substitute the 15th on the A string.

Haven't ried it yet (will do) but it occurs to me that there's a clue in the title "baroque and roll", roll being the term for rolling the samesame finger so that it sounds one note and then the next.

Ummm, sorry u10ajf, I don't think that's correct. I mean, I agree that rolling should be used, but I think the title is a pun off of "Rock and Roll".
