I would play 12 with index, 14 with ring, 15 with pinky, roll across the D and G with my ring to catch those two 14s, 13 with the middle, 12 with index, hammer onto 17 with pinky, and play the same sequence backwards.
***I would NOT play the 10th fret on the D string near the end, but rather substitute the 15th on the A string.
