I don't remember using my capo more than a couple of times since I bought it (7 years ago I think) .
I don't use my slider oftenly too , although I love it , but I don't know why I was never really determined when I practice those slider licks.

I love my capo and I play alittle metal. Probably the only person that does that, but I like using different open chords in trasher metal licks beside E or lower. Capo the first fret and jam around in Bb minor (really strange key).
