OK sweep picking.
ok then sweep picking is wat i would really like to be able to do. ive read a lot about it off the site and they adress everything except the real problem. how do you mute the strings when going from string to string. any help please.

Actually they do..You just haven't looked hard enough. :D . alright here i'll try and explain. To mute the strings pull off you fingers just enough to mute them. Do not do a complete pull off. OR you mute it with you picking hand. Like a palm mute. Just mute the string the same time you hit it. (Like a palm mute.)
