I've got issues too. Site was 'down for maintenance' yesterday and now that it's back up I have lost the most recent tutorials. Ffs alright. I clench every time down knowing will be issues afterwards. ?

I guess I'll just add my complaint to this list.

A few days ago it wouldn't let me in because it said it was "Under Maintenance".

Today I can't get it to list new comments. It just goes to a blank screen

I didn't even get info that something was wrong/maintenance. It just wouldn't let me log in/ Telling me that my session has expired and I should reload page and try again. If I had known they were undergoing some kind of maintenance I wouldn't be so annoyed. Everything seemed to be working except I couldn't use what I've paid for...

I just love how they never forget to spam your mail with their new custom/specialised plan, etc. but a little notice like "Listen guys, we are having some problems/maintenance. We should be back at ..." or " On Saturday the 1st we will be undergoind maintenece, please organise your day differenelty in case you would like to practice with guitartricks."

Whatever...

But no... [br][br]Let's spam them with other bs and when we go down let's just sit quiet and let them wait... [br][br][br][br]Still no customer service reply for my ticket/mail from yesterday...

Sorry you are having trouble! I'll let the tech admin know about giving notice ahead of time. I just found out about this myself! It's apparently related to a big server move & update that happened this week.

I'm also asking a tech admin to look into the favorites issue!

Today is the 1st time I signed in since about a week ago, all my favourites are missing too. It's a pain in the a*se trying to remember which lesons and songs I added and, after looking at the 'My Progress' page, I've no intention of going through all of the lessons and songs completed to find the missing pages.

Prior to this, I have had no complaints about my time as a G.T. member, I hope a backup was made before the switch and a fix is applied soon.

Quick update, all my favorites are back in, great! If I hit the show all button it goes to a blank page, hopefully a minor hiccup with the fix ongoing.

Hi everybody from Spain. Today the web says "Error EncounteredAPI says "". when I try to open a new lesson. But the app for android works ok...

favourites page and SHOW ALL favourites work once again.

You CANNOT move them around (and unfavourite, bascially organise them all together) while in SHOW ALL, though lol

It works fine in "paged/normal/not show all" mode.
