I didn't even get info that something was wrong/maintenance. It just wouldn't let me log in/ Telling me that my session has expired and I should reload page and try again. If I had known they were undergoing some kind of maintenance I wouldn't be so annoyed. Everything seemed to be working except I couldn't use what I've paid for...
I just love how they never forget to spam your mail with their new custom/specialised plan, etc. but a little notice like "Listen guys, we are having some problems/maintenance. We should be back at ..." or " On Saturday the 1st we will be undergoind maintenece, please organise your day differenelty in case you would like to practice with guitartricks."
