I joined Guitar Tricks a few days ago and while exploring the site noticed the Jam Station (and Reference Tuner) in my "Toolbox" did not work......no sound. The Guitar Tricks Help Desk advises these tools are flash based, and ISO (I am using an IPad Air 2) does not support flash anymore. I assume there are many Apple users like myself experiencing this same issue, and am wondering if anyone has a solution!?!?
Jam Station Issue

Hello there! Sorry you are having issues with the Jam Station. We have a regular iPad 2 here and when we tested out the Jam Station it did work. Perhaps someone at Apple can help find a solution? I am not keen on the differences between an iPad and iPad Air where the Jam Station is concerned. Definitely something the Genuis Bar at Apple might have more knowledge on.

Thanks for the feedback! I tried this on my iPhone (4S) and Jam station worked fine, as it did your iPad. Do you know if Jam Station would work on my iPad Air 2 if I was to utilize your Guitar Tricks App (I attempted to find out myself but can only access the "free" stuff which does not include Jam Station......weird as I have a full membership)? Any ideas/suggestions?!?!

Just discovered the Jam Tracks feature works just fine on my IPad Air 2 when I use Guitar Tricks "App" (but not on the Guitar Tricks "website").
Note, however, the app site does not have the "toolbox" to access, however, the feature is included/works perfectly in the individual lessons of the app. Interesting!!!
