Hello there! Sorry you are having issues with the Jam Station. We have a regular iPad 2 here and when we tested out the Jam Station it did work. Perhaps someone at Apple can help find a solution? I am not keen on the differences between an iPad and iPad Air where the Jam Station is concerned. Definitely something the Genuis Bar at Apple might have more knowledge on.
