Epiphone Casino
Rattles can come from lots of places, from truss rod inside the neck, to strings rattling against the frets to wires rattling around inside that hollow body.
It could be time to study up on the basic construction of your guitar. I'm not suggesting you pull out the soldering iron or anything like that, but you should be able to track down a rattle and determine where it is coming from.
With a little research, you might find something you can fix with a twist of a screwdriver vs. sending away your guitar again for 3 weeks. Being under warranty, I understand the inclination to have them fix it, though.
@froggy62 I'm not sure I understand what is happening. Are you talking about a mechanical/hardware sounding rattle coming from inside the guitar? Like something is loose? Or is it an electrical rattle coming from the amp? Something that is more like a short.
If the former you should be able to, as @Rasbo suggested, resolve it "with a twist of a screwdriver". Certainly Epiphone should stand behind the warranty but I can understand your reluctance to be without the guitar for weeks again.
Are you in the part of the world that you have access to a Luthier? If so, you will have to suffer a bench fee but it might be worth that to have it looked at by an expert and get it resolved.

I bought an Epiphone Casino in July, and after just a week, it developed a rattle and an intermittent pop. I had a special warranty from Guitar Center, so they sent it to Gibson in Nashville for repairs. It was fixed and returned after three weeks, but the rattle came back. I understand hollow body guitars can be fragile, but should a new one have such issues? Gibson said it was a loose pickup. Could it be the same problem again? I'm new to this and don't know much about the inside of a P90 pickup. Does anyone have similar experiences?
