Does this happen to you too?

So i have this problem that i think have been spoken alot about before.

So the thing is, i have this very ''off'' like period of my playing. Symptoms are, lack of confidence, sloppy playing and those kind of things.
It's almost like my fingers can't go as fast and clean as they use to, and everything i play sounds like something i have playing before when improvising. And my picking hand seems so bad at the moment, hitting strings and spots not intended.
Iv had this thing before, is there a way to solve it?
and what triggers it? :(

I know im not the only person with this problem, i just want to know how to deal with it?

It's just an "off" day. Happens to everybody doing ANYTHING every so often.
In gaming, sometimes you just can't seem to aim properly.. In music, sometimes you just can't seem to pick properly.. In art sometimes you can't seem to draw properly... etc etc
Happens to everybody and there's no real "cure" - just give it a rest for the day and go back to it tomorrow, that's what I do.
