So the thing is, i have this very ''off'' like period of my playing. Symptoms are, lack of confidence, sloppy playing and those kind of things.
It's almost like my fingers can't go as fast and clean as they use to, and everything i play sounds like something i have playing before when improvising. And my picking hand seems so bad at the moment, hitting strings and spots not intended.
Iv had this thing before, is there a way to solve it?
and what triggers it? :(
I know im not the only person with this problem, i just want to know how to deal with it?
