Help Please
I've been playing the guitar for a while I know all the basics I'm still having some trouble to my guitar is tones right but it doesn't seem to sound even by close to the beginning videos. Can someone please help me and tell me what I am doing wrong?

If you can provide more info, we can help. :)
What kind of guitar are you playing? What beginning videos are you referring to? Are you certain your guitar is tuned? How long have you been practicing?

http://www.guitartricks.com/lesson.php?input=11091&c_id=1&ch_id=6&s_id=442 is the lesson that I am working on and the guitar I am using is my electric guitar standard guitar, 6 strings. I am pretty sure I am tuning it correctly. I just found this site around the 20th I've been playing for at least 5hrs a day.

OK, so you are already on changing between open chords (A, D, E).
Did everything up to that point go OK?
Is your guitar setup properly? Are the strings low enough to the frets that it is easy to hold them down and play?
Assuming all else is well, I am guessing that most of your problem is getting from one chord to the next in time. That is a hard skill. You need to slow down and be patient with yourself.
You've only been playing guitar for a week, for goodness sake! :)
Also, you mention practicing 5 hours a day. Exactly what are you doing for five hours?!

i'm just thinking if you are playing 5hrs a day and you just started then maybe the blood is getting into the pickups? lol Seriously though, are you using an electric tuner or tuning by ear? You may want to pick up an electric tuner to be sure you are in tune. It sounds like the most likely culprit.
