Hello. I have had the same battle in choosing between my 52 reissue Tele and my Strat. They both have their unique qualities, and both sound great.
I have made a few mods to both (pickups) and they are still neck and neck favorites. Would be great to win this one, she's a beauty. :)

The Tele is a sweet play... Can not give it any bad rap at all. The toneal quality for blues is outstanding, I whish my JS910 had the quality this has. If it was not for guitar palying when I crushed my left shoulder back in 86 and 12 surgeries over ten years the act of trying to play again was my rehab.....So as most people I have always wanted to have a great guitar not just something that makes sound. What I need is a guitar that has a smooth and easy neck action like the Tele, maybe this is my time to get a chnace to own and play one.
