I see you're an Ibanez user too;-) Had a listen to it at low volume, sounds like it has promise - would obviously benefit from a bass and some double tracking of the guitars. The drums sounded live, if they are then get a take of them by themselves and layer the guitars back home, try panning a track left and right with some kind of harmony line in the centre (eg if you are playing an open E power chord then you could try playing an octave higher for the track panned to dead centre). Next part is to add the is either vocals or lead. Has potential to be a rockin tune though.

Which part do you mean? The actual rhythm guitar or the lead? Let me know the min/sec in the track and I'll do my best to explain!

That section is based on classical phrase use a lot by Bach and Tchaikovsky. (There are a few 'tribute' classical runs in there including another phrase from Mozart's Turkish March later on in the track.)
That part is mostly only on one string but occasionally hits the second.
It goes something like:

PHRASE 1 - alt pick the first section then tap on the high notes with the right hand (marked 't')

E
B
G ------------------------7-------9
D 9-7-6-7-10-7-6-7--7-6-7--7-6-7-t14-7-t15-7-t14-7-t12-7-t14-7-t12-7-t10-7-t9-7
A
E

PHRASE 2 same basic phrase but tapped entirely with right hand

E
B
G ---------------------------------------------------------------9-10-9-7-7/9
D t9-7-6-7-t10-7-6-t12-7-6-7-t14-7-6-7-t14-7-t15-7-t14-7-t12-7-
A
E

The whole thing is repeated again with some slight variation before going into the next section which has a similar anchor rhtyhm phrase that is entirely tapped followed by the swept arpeggios.
Mixing up the alt picking and the tapping gives that fluid to skipping effect which works well here but it is pretty difficult - make sure you tap with the index finger for this one because you have to get back to the picking very quickly in between taps.

Hard to explain without actually showing you... hope that makes some sense, if not just let me know - glad to help :)

I don't have any notation software and I don't really know any theory but as far as I know the first half of each phrase is just basic 16ths over a 3/4 time signature with an accent on the first note of each group of 4 - this then changes to the accent on the first note of every group of 2 for the second half of the phrase. Hope that helps...
