Well, GuitarPsy, looks like you can have Luke's shed after all. The Knots have a brand new space, and it's called...
THE GARAGE!!!!

Luke had to take his drums out of the shed and didn't want to put them back in there, on account of the cat crap and drum corrosion. Then we remembered that I have another house where nobody lives. So we went over there to check out the garage, and it is AWESOME! All we have to do is clean it up a bit, put in some lights, probably do something with floor (it's gravel now), and we're good to go. It even has a bunch of awesome stuff we can use to decorate, like boxes of old records, old armchairs, an old oven, all kinds of wicked old stuff. We went and checked out the house too, and decided we're gonna live there. We practiced in the living room a bit. We won't be doing that again for a while, because apparently the reason nobody lives there is that the ceiling broke in, releasing all the cancer-inducing particles. You know, the stuff that on TV they clean out with biohazard suits and motorized gas masks. There was some in the garage on the floor, so we moved the bags and tossed it out with a shovel. Apparently once it gets airborn, it's even deadlier! So if we all get lung cancer and die, you'll know why we aren't posting anymore. Anyway, back to the positive. The garage is wicked, and someday we'll probably be able to live in that house. So, good stuff. We also worked out a lot of a song I wrote, me and Brendon are gonna try it out for our performance in class today. So aside from the cancer, everything is pretty rockin'! When we get some new pics we'll put them up on the website. I won't put them on here, because I want to force you into visiting. Why don't you visit anymore? I get so lonely...
You go outside and practice screaming. We'll play music while you're gone.

Here's how awesome that house is: the three of us probably spent a combined total of 45 minutes running through the rooms with no pants on.

Aw, you kids are alright. We're fine....so far. I assume lung cancer takes a few years.

Well, I'm off to the house to stick my head in the ceiling crack and breathe deeply. Toodles!

you guys should have like not posted for a week and then seen how many "greasy knots tribute" threads i would have made. i would have eventually started a tribute band. you guys have to screw everything up don't you! now I'm gonna stick my head into my old roof which probably has a bunch of asbestos and die before something random kills me

Well, I'm pretty sure I was thinking "hey, I bet this house is just crawling with asbestos! With any luck, being in it will cause a slow and painful death! Now to toss this pile with a shovel, because I know for a fact that being airborn makes it even DEADLIER!!!" But I can't seem to remember the exact events, at any rate I bet it was intentional, being that we're such idiots and all. *No smilies. Not even one.*

See, we didn't know about the asbestos until we'd already spent several hours rolling on the floor.

Ok. My apoligies. I didn't understand that you didn't know there was asbestos there. I knew you were smarter than that.

man i wish i could find an abandoned house not full of hobos. i'll turn that thing into my peace chillin crib. quiet, peaceful, and nice and comfortable.

you guys need to find a way to get that asbestos out of the house. and please don't shovel it, it will be airborne in your neighborhood and some innocent jogger or something will be running by and inhale that stuff. put them in 20-layered bags and put them on your side of the road or something.

Get a hose and saturate all the asbestos - ALL of it. Don't leave a single patch dry. It will then be relatively safe to shovel it out. But don't just leave it out in the open, or it will dry off and some passer-by will just breathe it in, like Pure said.

Oh, and for God's sake wear masks when you're at it. You don't want to risk shortening your lifespan even more!
