Just got fired
I worked in a supermarket in which we got 5% discount cards. I let another EMPLOYEE use my discount card for her shopping (she didn't have hers on her), and according to company rules I cannot let anyone else use my card.
Somehow they caught me and a company guy flew from Auckland yesterday to basically just get my confession and fire me.

Yeah I'm pretty bummed about it. I actually couldn't do anything about it, they brought out the contract I had signed that said that if I give my card to anyone they can fire me.
It just goes to show what a people company Progressive Enterprises is (that's the company who owns Woolworths, the store I worked at)
