Im aware of the opinons about Oasis on this board and i take a chance in saying this is probably my favorite line.... :p

I've taken a liking to the last line of "Crashing Around You" by Machine Head:

Seems like a bit of a nothing line on paper, but if you listen to the whole thing, you'll see how effective it is.

I've been listening to "Have a Cigar" by Pink Floyd almost nonstop since I bought Wish You Were Here, and I've taken a liking to the first few lines:

Come in here, dear boy, have a cigar, you're gonna go far
You're gonna fly high, you're never gonna die, you're gonna make it if you try
They're gonna love you

Have a Cigar is my second favorite Pink Floyd song, but my favorite line from it is: "The band is just fantastic, that's really what I think. Oh, by the way, which one's Pink?"

Still doesn't hold a candle to: "Had Pyrrhus not fallen by a bedlam's hand in Argos or Julius Caesar not been knifed to death. They are not to be thought away. Dude, you can never listen to that song enough times, it's pure genius. And the guitar solo - one of Gilmour's finest.

I can't put my finger on an all-time favourite, most of them are brilliant - but right now, I'm really getting into "Careful With That Axe, Eugene".
