Nothing else matters by Metallica. It's pretty basic. The first song I learned all the way through.
Are you calling Homer Simpson a liar?
Well we have attained a footage of him with his pants on fire...

Here's some idea's,(mabey not the type of music you normally play,but it'll get your fingerpicking together.);
Sultans of Swing-Dire Straits
Goin' Crazy-Steve Vai/David Lee Roth
Mystery Train-Danny Gatton
Leyenda-classical
If you want a REAL good right hand workout, pick up some Banjo...yes...I said BANJO tab, tune your guitar to open "G" and go through the exercises. Banjo pickers have KILLER right hand technique. Don't worry, you won't sound like an extra on Hee Haw,just learn the right hand patterns and when you retune,you'll probably notice some cool things you couldn't do before. If you have a locking trem on your guitar, just finger a barre chord instead and follow the right hand fingerings. TRUST ME....this works wonders!!!
If your feeling MORE adventurous,keep your pick and use your remaining three fingers as well. Use the pick in place of the thumb...now you're "Hybrid Picking" Using a pick on the Bass strings will keep a crisp low end, plus you don't have to put it down and pick it back up when changing back and forth. It also prevents you from holding the pick between your teeth, and then getting spit and crap all over your strings, (lol).

Learn some classical style songs... "fur elise" is a good one to start out with. It's fun to play around with stuff like that. I recently learned "Blackbird" as well (my girlfriend loves the Beatles). If you want to challenge yourself and get better at finger picking... I suggest trying to tackle "Classical Gas". It's a technical repitiore of finger picking techniques coupled with a lot of fret-hand techniques. You most likely won't be able to learn it right away,since you're looking for some easier songs, but break it up into sections and learn a section at a time. It may take a few weeks, months, maybe a year... but when you put it all together it will sound amazing.

I would start out with something that you're familiar with. If you know how the original sounds it's way easier to learn...example, Stairway to Heaven. I'm sure you've heard that a time or two! It's a lot quicker to pick something up if you already know how it should sound. Nothing Else Matters is another good example.
Cheers

Behold, my only lesson contribution so far. Exactly what you need. I always only used my thumb and index fingers until I learned this:
