Wouldn't that suck? Well, the point being, what would your next choice instrument be if there wasn't a guitar to take up? I would most likely reach for anything else with strings. Probably a piano first though, but if it's got strings I'm a fan. Mandolin would be up there (considering if I didn't have my guitars I'd finally play mine).

Piano, then violin or cello. Bach's cello suites sex me up.

piano... I have an old small keyboard that I mess around with when I'm not playin guitar, so... definately piano. after that, drums or bass guitar... assuming that they still had been invented... although music with bass and drums but with no guitar would suck... so...

Piano all the way. I used to play piano quite well back in the day, but haven't played in years. It's something I would love to get back into, but can never find the time :rolleyes:

Piano or drums. It woulnd't suck if guitar weren't invented on a count of we wouldn't know of them or what we would be missing out on.

I can't reall choose only one instrument, but I can pick a top 3: drums, bari sax and bagpipes. Those are probably my top 3 instruments to play.

Harmonica would be in the middle of things.
Sax too.
And drums.
And then there's A WHOLE LOT of indigenous african instruments that by god I'll never get to learn. They have these sexy funky sounds that are just to die of.

I would play drums, or Id also probably invent the guitar because it would suck if it was never invented, but my second choice would be drums which I also play.
If there's one thing I've learned, it's that life is one crushing defeat after another until you just wish Flanders was dead.

Rock stars ... is there anything they don't know?
