Well thats really up to you. No one can really make that decision for you!
You can get both pretty cheap though. Have you already got an electric guitar ?
By virtue of their electrical properties, tubes generate a special waveform when they're saturated, which is why tube engineering has tremendous tonal advantages over solid state or DSP solutions, particularly for crunch and lead sounds. Tubes enter the saturation zone gradually or softly, which lends tube-driven tone its trademark yet totally unique character.

since ur into that chord strummin junk id go with the guitar first then the amp later...seeing as an acoustic doesnt need an amp
or buy both at the same time...i guess ur behringer amp can last u a little longer

I'd go with the acoustic, mainly due to its portability and easy/quick use. It's easy to bring an acoustic to a friends, or on vacation, or just yank out of the corner and play when grandmaw stops by for a visit, but try bringing a Marshall stack with you to the beach... yeah, that's useful...

Depends entirely on what it's going to be used for. If you plan on doing gigs you'll probably want an amp, but for practice a good acoustic is always worth having. It's also much easier to find nice sounding acoustics in the lower price range than it is amps in most places. It also depends on if you're in a band or not, acoustics have a hard time cutting through drums and the like.
