Description
This is our opportunity to put the chords and the strum together, and start to get a feel for how to get both of our hands going at the same time. One way to get started is to focus on your left hand/chord changes and use a single down strum on beat one until you can successfully multitask.
There is a very strong relationship between the lyric and the rhythm of this song, more or less one syllable per beat. If singing is too much for you, consider just humming, or speaking the lyric without the tune. Use the slow play through as many times as you need to build your dexterity and co-ordination. Slow and clean is better that fast and sloppy!
