Hi, This is not a question, but I wanted to tell you I just played all the parts of this and found myself smiling and playing right along...sounded pretty good, too! Lots to learn but really have a great time. Soar fingers and all. Thank you!

Hi, there is a point sign under an eighth note in the seventh bar. Is it a rest symbol? I have already seen a rest symbol like this right after a note and know waht it means but I have not seen this symbol right under a note so far. What is the difference between being placed after a note and under a note? Best regards, Márton

Hello - thanks so much for your question! That dot is a staccato symbol. It means to play the note or chord and then cut it off quickly.
