Root-5 Strumming

Description

Now let's apply the root-5 strumming to our open D-chord. We've already found the root note, and you know how to alternate between that and the treble strings. Now the challenge is once again to find our 5th scale degree, and we'll do that by singing our way up to the correct pitch and then looking for a open or fretted note that matches this pitch.
