Description
Next up is the bridge of our song, which features both acoustics playing together to create a cool sounding hybrid of our chorus and pre-chorus progressions. We are playing an electric guitar during this part as well. Here are some key points to help you with our bridge.
1. The bridge is 16 bars long, and is simply our chorus progression followed by the pre-chorus: || C | C | Emi | Emi | Ami | Ami | G | G || F | G | C G/B | Ami | F | Emi | G | G ||.
2. Guitar #1 will be strumming the chords, while guitar #2 plays some melodic lines which are also accented by the electric guitar. Many of these licks are the same as we heard during our verses and pre-choruses, with only some slight variation.
3. The electric guitar plays a mixture of higher triads, along with some harmonizing lines and power chords.
