Advanced Blues Rhythm Techniques

In this lesson, I am going to show you a blues chord lick using chromaticism. We will play this by using sixth intervals moving chromatically up the neck of the guitar over our I, IV, and V chords in a 12 Bar Blues in C. I will show you two versions. The first will be a basic version that works well when playing with another guitar player or piano player. The second version will be more advanced and will be useful when playing with a bassist and drummer. Let's check it out!
